This is just a quick entry to let everyone know we made it to Ha Noi. The last week has been a daze, especially this past weekend. We finished our training, taught our last classes, tried our best to go out with our new friends in Chiang Mai and VIA, stayed up late packing and deciding how the heck to get our luggage down to 15 kilograms. It’s been hectic, but that’s just life.

What’s crazy is that I decided to do some catching up on one of my friends to see how she was doing. I ended up finding out that her baby died. I don’t know if it was during the birthing process or what, but it was quite sudden and very much recent. I was thinking about her that week and how happy she was when she sent us the news. As soon as I go to find out how the baby’s doing, I get this news. My friend seems to be doing fine for the moment. She’s a strong-willed person and very much prayerful. Even so, please keep her and her family in your prayers and hearts.

We really don’t know what’s in store for us at any given moment, do we? Take good care of yourselves, everyone.
