The meeting last night was great– thanks for the full participation.

  • Each one of you should have a copy of your itinerary by now.
  • Make sure that your name on the plane itinerary from Gateway Travel matches your Passport name. They won’t let you board on the plane if there are any deviations between the name on the ticket and your legal name as shows on your passport.
  • Make sure and give her your frequent flier number if you have one from the airline.
  • If there are any deviations in your personal schedule from what the Gateway itinerary is (for examples, staying in China longer or coming back to California instead of Tulsa), communicate with Danni. Again, our course begins in Beijing and ends in Shanghai.
  • I will be sending the checks to Danni via Fed Ex on Wednesday February 14 (tomorrow) after noon. If you have not given me a check yet, make sure to bring it to me by tomorrow noon. You may put it in a sealed envelope, addressed to me (the check for $879 to Gateway Travel) and leave it in my mailbox in room 417 AG Hall. If you prefer to pay with credit card, call Danni and ask her to do so.
  • Bring me a copy of your current-for-the-trip passports as soon as you receive them (this is for those who did not give their’s to me last night).
  • Our next meeting will be tentatively scheduled for the week of February 26 or March 5. Lenzy will be in touch.

I am so looking forward to getting to know all of you better.
